Designed to assist health professionals to maintain competence in accurate blood pressure management, increase quality improvement strategies, and provide management tools to increase blood pressure control rates.

Community Health Workers Online Training Program


Complements the CHW core competency training by providing CHWs with added education, skill building and access to resources for prevention, management and improved self-management of chronic conditions.

Cholesterol Online Training


Highlights the basics of cholesterol and provides an overview of the most recent Multisociety Guideline on the Management of Blood Cholesterol (2018) released by the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology.
